JePPIX - PhotonicsNL - PICs4All Workshop on Photonics for Sensors: 1 June 2016, Photonics Event 2016

On June 1st during Photonics Event 2016 we will start with an introductory conference about the importance of Photonics for Europe on international, national and regional level. The European Commission supports all kind of activities and initiatives. One impressive example of the importance of Photonics at regional level in the Netherlands is the PhotonDelta and JePPIX initiative on Integrated Photonics in the Eindhoven region.

In the afternoon PhotonicsNL and JePPIX will organize the workshop Integrated Photonics for Sensing. This workshop will be an excellent opportunity to get more acquainted with this disruptive technology in general and in this case Photonic IC’s for Sensing Applications. Imagine yourself, a complete Optical Spectrometer on a chip!

The program can be found here. The number of participants for the workshop will be limited. So we advise you to subscribe on forehand by sending an email.

PICs4All Kick-off-Meeting took place at TU Eindhoven, the Netherlands on January 25, 2016.
